UT-BASH -- Main

Welcome to the official online home of the University of Toledo Benevolent Adventurers' Strategic Headquarters.

UT-BASH is the official gaming club at the University of Toledo, organizing and promoting social gaming in the greater Toledo area. We encourage all forms of games as a vehicle for interpersonal growth and leisure, including card games like Magic: The Gathering; miniatures games like Warhammer 40k; board games like Mayfair Games' Catan series; console gaming like Halo and Mario Kart; and PC Gaming like Warcraft III or Half-Life 2. We also play traditional card and board games, such as Euchre, Chess, Monopoly and Clue.

For more than twenty years, we have offered a central gathering point for gamers in northwest Ohio. We host many events throughout the year, and run the largest and longest-running gaming convention in the area. UT-BASH welcomes all to come and play with us, so stop by our office sometime in the Student Union for an informal, relaxed atmosphere or a pick-up game of your choice.

OK.

So I have confirmed that BASH Day will actually be on November 11th from 1:00PM - 12:00AM in the Ingman Room.

Meetings will be on Tuesdays at 5PM. Forgive me if I'm late, my TA adviser sometimes likes to ramble.

At the meeting on the 25th of October I will be discussing:

-Fliers/Advertisement
-Types of tournaments we would like to have
-Entry price, raffles & prizes, and other stuff we might like to sell for charity money
-Potential food/beverage?
-Other suggestions you may have

exclamation Poster Sale

September 17, 2011, 11:03:28 AM by natrybes
Hey everybody! Madam President typing letting you know about the poster sale that BASH is helping host this coming week.   ;D From Monday thru Friday Beyond the Wall posters will be sold on the SU big main ramps from 9am to 5pm. They have poster of everything and this year alone they have increased their stock by at least 25% for even more variety! During hours of operation the BASH office will remain open to all general members along with Anime and Ad-Hoc members, too. However, before 9am and after 5pm, the office will be closed to general members and will only be able to be accessed (but not "opened") by/for officers of all three organizations. (If you have any questions come talk to me.  :o)

During hours of operation, though, BASH will need volunteers to help run the poster sale, so if you haven't signed up to help please do so if you would like to (you'll get to wear an official BASH polo shirt if you work). If you are randomly in the office during the 9-5 grace period, we, the officers, might just pull you aside and ask you to help, so be prepared either way.

Thank you and we hope to see you at the office and the poster sale next week!
